We’ll inspect the key areas of your machine. For mowers this includes, the
cutter bar, transmissions, check the safety curtains and ensure tyre pressures are at the recommended pressures this will reduce sidewall damage,
For your round baler, our checks includes inspection of the pickup, removal of partial bales and all plant material to minimise rusting, cutting device, and if applicable belt condition and reduce pressure on these belts for longevity of those parts and inspecting the wrapping mechanism.
SOME REASON’S WHY OUR OUT-SEASON INSPECTIONS PAY:
- Having had your machinery inspected - Your equipment is more likely to be ready when you need it and therefore stay in the field when it matters most.
If no inspection is carried out then
- there maybe less discount of on parts as they will have to be ordered on machine down rather than stock order
- May incur increased labour cost – as out of season packages are available – please speak to your service department.
- May have to borrow equipment to complete work
